Will there be another draft and world war in the middle east?

due to the number of troops lost the draft is put in question, for iraq afganistan, and many that surround the two. congress says because there is still communist in the middlle east and not enough troops we may have to reconsider the draft. will we have a draft and another world war? if so when aproximatley?
