Are black women raising their daughters to be mean?

I have noticed this over time that young black girls are becoming more aggressive physically and ually than their male counterparts. Quite often this exhibited behavior is justified by saying such behavior resulted from their predicaments and hardships experienced in life and all the drama coming from black men in general. The flaw in this is that such behavior has gotten to an epidemic level starting at a significantly young age. A young age whereas there has not been enough significant experiences.
