I need help with a drug test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Ok so 3 nights ago i smoked not even half of a half of a joint i havnt smoked in about 2 months and i might have a drug test today i have drank about 24 16.9 oz bottles of water sence then basiclly a case of water. And a hole bottel of cranberry juice, and i sat in a sauna with 2 sweatshirts 1 pair of shorts and 2 pairs of sweatpants will i be ok and any other advice and if it helps im about 6'2 280 lbs
