Jehovah's Witnesses (not born into it): What was it about your old church or the churches in general that ?

I was a Presbyterian and they believed in fate I could never understand that if god knew Adam and Eve were going to sin why did he bother creating them in the first place the witnesses taught me that god dose not know every thing before it happens and also I could never understand the trinity the teachings of the witnesses were so easy to understand
