It's about a guy.....?

Ok im 14 and i like my bro's best friend who is 16. I'm going to tell him how i feel but if he feels the same way im not sure what im gonna do because my dad doesnt know im dating and if he starts coming ovr to see me that would be rly wierd around my dad....anyway i also dont know if he's kissed anyone before (i have) or if he's had a gf (though he prob. has) but if he feels the same way then i wanna kiss him n stuff and if he's nvr kissed b4 he might think im coming on too strong or going to fast...what do i do???
