Is he still interested in me or he's thinking otherwise?

My boyfriend and i hv been dating for 7yrs since undergraduate degree.We r both still studying our Masters degree (in our late 20s) and all has been going well.I trust him so much and im sure he has never cheated on me. i hv nt cheated on him either.3 yrs into our r/ship we started and later decided to start having . We were both enjoying this and i for one was always satisfied and hppy with our intimate r/ship. we hv recently moved to another country to study our Masters degree and i hv noticed things hv changed. he doesnt buy gifts anymo, spoil me or pamper me or jus say something nice abt me. Whn i ask he says since im his first girlfriend he doesnt hv that much experience with women and wht thy want. Dont get me wrong he says this in the nicest of ways. i have to initiate all the time...whn i ask him he says hes afraid to initiate coz i will be looking too busy w work that i might not be up to it and is afraid that i might deny. i must admit there r times whn im too exhausted i go straight to bed and there r times whn i can see he wants some but i kinda ignore so that at least he initiates and he still doesnt.i hv been tryin to accpt that i will always initiate the act but the problem is each time i realised im not as as whn he used to start b4 we moved.in the end i always take much much longer to u knw...climax.As a result i hv resorted to watching first b4 ..it gets me up a bit.Now because of that thing i kind want EVERYDAY! But now sometimes whn i initiate he says he is tired and if i tell him i wldnt mind doing all the work he still inisists he might nt hv the strength and might need a special diet that might consists of aphrodisacs like a lot of chilli, avocados, oysters etc.I didnt really take lightly to being rejected..I never thot a man cld say no to a woman who practically throws herself at him.Now we dnt talk much and i feel a kinda tension whn we together...I love him so very much and dont want to lose him i jus want things back to normal....Am really worried that maybe he might nolonger be interested in me!Please advise
