EMERGENCY!!! (kinda)?

I just got Burnout Paradise the Ultimate Box in the mail today, the min. graphics card is ATI Radeon 1300, I have ATI Radeon 1500, but when i play the game it says that my graphics card doesn't have Pixel Shatter 3, is there *ANY* way of downloading Pixel Shatter 3???!??!!!!!???
