Can a judgment entry be over ruled or changed?

Long story short, we lost a civil suit. The suit claimed the plaintiff fully and completely performed its obligations (we purchased granite counters and they didn't fit and company never came back to finish) and that we neglected to pay for them. Well, we did pay 100% and our credit card company did a charge back because after a week of no reply from plaintiff they said we didn't have to pay, So company sued us and won because they had an attorney and we didn't. The judge made it clear he was upset over that little matter. We were not allowed to submit any doentation from the arbitration, or the BBB or the attorney generals office all of whom tried to get this company to make right the wrong and finish the job. Please advise. Over 7 grand is at stake here and we just received the judgment entry yesterday.
